Victor has been incredibly accommodating and very attentive when listening to my concerns. He has allowed me to trust more when it comes to taking care of my vehicle. All of the other Ford dealersh attentive when listening to my concerns. He has allowed me to trust more when it comes to taking care of my vehicle. All of the other Ford dealerships have not responded for months when it comes to asking about repair services or just a simple check-up to ensure the car is in good condition. Victor and his team, however, have set high standards when it comes to making sure the customer is feeling calm, comfortable, taken care of. They are very patient and very good with communication. I happily drive over 120 miles to get to this dealership vs. Trying to drive to a closer dealership that does not respond or return phone calls at all. Left my f350 here for differential work. I was told by Frandy, my adviser, that the vehicle would be ready in 3 weeks. 2 months later, the can’t do the differential in timely manner. Poor co I was told by Frandy, my adviser, that the vehicle would be ready in 3 weeks. 2 months later, the can’t do the differential in timely manner. Poor communication, you might wait for the response for days. Uneducated stuff apparently, they only have 1 tech capable of working on differentials. It’s not a rocket science, to have my car there for 2 months to get 15 gears out and put them back in. The truck is new, poor quality. It’s still under warranty. Differential broke after 35k miles. Requested to talk to the manger, no response. Overall I would not come here and leave my car to do any repairs. I am not even talking about lies when it is suppose to be ready, no responses, not even looking at the car for the first 3 weeks until I called several times to push them to do their job. Not recommended and would be avoided in the future. Feedback would also be left with the corp office and regional’s manger. More
