My experience at AutoNation Ford Miami was fine. The service advisory Arnaldo Delgado was very attentive and informative. He explained the service plan options including the benefits of each option. Arnaldo told me how long the service would take and looked for me when the work was completed. The wait at the cashier's window was not as pleasant! You have to stand...outside and she was not as pleasant. More

I have always been happy with the service I receive until my last visit. It took the entire day ( I arrived at 9:30 and got my car back just after 5:00 !). My service advisor was more upset than me until my last visit. It took the entire day ( I arrived at 9:30 and got my car back just after 5:00 !). My service advisor was more upset than me. The tech kept making excuses and changing the completion time. If I would have known it was going to be the entire day, I would have made arrangements to leave it there and pick it up later ! ☹️👎 More
