My experience at AutoNation Ford Miami was fine. The service advisory Arnaldo Delgado was very attentive and informative. He explained the service plan options including the benefits of each option. I have always been happy with the service I receive until my last visit. It took the entire day ( I arrived at 9:30 and got my car back just after 5:00 !). My service advisor was more upset than me until my last visit. It took the entire day ( I arrived at 9:30 and got my car back just after 5:00 !). My service advisor was more upset than me. The tech kept making excuses and changing the completion time. If I would have known it was going to be the entire day, I would have made arrangements to leave it there and pick it up later ! ☹️👎 More
