Juan Mesa provided me with excellent service, great job If you need service at Autonation Ford ask for Juan, he will help you Unfortunately one of the repair items, a new rubber seal for the windshie job If you need service at Autonation Ford ask for Juan, he will help you Unfortunately one of the repair items, a new rubber seal for the windshield was almost $1000 !!! so I could not afford to do that. I suppose Ford is trying to make up for lost sales by charging high repair prices. For this reason I could only give price 4 stars More

Service representative was pleasant. However prices were a rip off. 200 for labor for an hour job. My bill was 366. Parts were 140. The service took la little more than an hour! Autonation Ford Miami is my go to for buying, trade-in and service. Yesterday I went to get my SUV service and like always I receive great service.
