Juan Mesa goes the extra step for all all the time, however, this last time we went we had to see someone else. I was unhappy to see that the customer service was not the greatest. The answers that are given to customers are just unacceptable. The simple things in front of the technician were not even addressed and when I questioned it I was blew off. More

Had a problem with my Mach-e that another dealership couldn't fix with 4 weeks of trying. Took it to AutoNation and they fixed it in a day. What a difference having knowledgeable people working on your couldn't fix with 4 weeks of trying. Took it to AutoNation and they fixed it in a day. What a difference having knowledgeable people working on your car makes. The service advisor, Manny, was great. He explained everything the techs did in a way I could understand. I didn't buy the car there, but will the next time. More
