They had my car for about 5 months . The issue was the transmission control module. I wish and I honestly wish they would have told me 5 months ago " Hey we can't fix it" and I would have gone somewhere else..by the time they actually get the piece which I doubt they ever will, My car wont even start. disgraceful company. I ended up picking up my car after 5 months with no work done and completely gave up on them. Funny they sent me a link to review them lol. More

My name is Devin P. , I called earlier this week to set an appointment for the service department. My engine light came on just recently and I'm not too savvy on maintena , I called earlier this week to set an appointment for the service department. My engine light came on just recently and I'm not too savvy on maintenance on cars, so I wanted to make sure I send my car to the correct people. I took my car to get diagnosed from the local auto part store and it was concluded that I have a small leak (EVAP) and need to get fixed soon. I called Autonation Ford of Miami Lakes earlier this week and asked to speak with an advisor to confirm how much this service would cost being that I didn't have a maintenance package. I was told by Bianca that she sent service advisor Andy a message to call me, and that has not happened. I called back twice on that particular day (which totals 3 times I called in 1 day) and still no return. In hopes that someone would call back I event set an appointment for today Saturday 5/20/23 at 8:45A to assure that someone would call before my appointment time. No one has called. I called the next day and requested to speak with another advisor, still no call. Called again and asked for a manager, I spoke with Bianca on this occasion as well and she escalated the situation to a manager to call me back and still no call back not even from a manager. This is really disheartening because this would be my first-time having service with AutoNation ford and this is the type of service the company is displaying as my first encounter. I'm really disappointed because, I'm not a millionaire, I work a regular 9-5 just like everyone else and with the cost of living exceeding I don't have the extra funds to pay outrageous prices. I'm trying to do my due diligence and make sure I keep up my car because this is my first problem with car since I brought it back in 2021. I love my car and want to make sure I keep it up. I'm really upset about this. More
