The sign says Customer Care is number one ,not true The Customer waiting area is very poor No coffee or water you must walk to the showroom for restroom and water and pay for your coffee No one greets y Customer waiting area is very poor No coffee or water you must walk to the showroom for restroom and water and pay for your coffee No one greets you when you come in to service area There is no exception of how long it will take to get your service done and you see a lot of pissed off folks in the room Remember we are coming to you for service we have no idea how long this will take Be upfront with your customers as to how long it will take I called for a recall appointment on Friday for an appointment on Monday morning They had my vin number and verified the recall When I got there they did not know if they even had the part for the recall? There is no pre planning This is the closest Autonation Ford To my home So I must keep going there I hope this helps More
The service department is a joke. The service manager is extremely rude and our service advisor is a pathological liar. Due to the treatment we have received at this dealership and service department, My vehicle was at this dealership for over a month. When we pick it up they removed part (engine cover) off my vehicle and then proceeded to tell me my car didn’t come equipped with one from the Factory. I will never purchase a Ford vehicle again. I have been a Ford driver since I was 16 years old and we are currently searching for a vehicle to purchase and get rid of our Ford. Sales manager lied to us and stated he was “taking care” of an outstanding $600 bill for the repair. Our vehicle is under warranty and it was covered and would cost us $0. Even though everyone thinks used car salesmen are liars, should come check out Autonation Ford of Miami. They take the top prize in customer dissatisfaction. More
Went in and Chris and Luis went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of like always . Other dealerships should take notes on how service is suppose to be run !! Great team !! it was great and easy to get my vehicle checked out and get all the service I needed for my vehicle, Manny even told me about some recall I had and he took his time to make sure my car was getting everythi get all the service I needed for my vehicle, Manny even told me about some recall I had and he took his time to make sure my car was getting everything done. also due to some parts not been at the dealership told me I was going to need a rental and provide it me with all the information I was going to need for the rental. when I got my vehicle in return it was like a brand new car, it was wash and everything was done to my vehicle to be back on the road. Brought my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation; the service advisor was extremely helpful and explained the process to follow with clarity. Since I was waiting at the dealer, he prioritized my vehicle service advisor was extremely helpful and explained the process to follow with clarity. Stay away from AutoNation's service department, I've always had a very bad experience. I took my car to do 3 recalls, the first time I went, I was without a car for a week and in addition to not replac always had a very bad experience. Due to my evaluation of the service provided they called me to change my evaluation they receive a bonus due to the evaluations and I agreed to take my car again and this time they provided me with a rental car free of charge, unfortunately a month later Hertz debits the car rental on my card. I called again, sent a message informing the debit and they did not get back to me. Stay away from AutoNation's service department, I've always had a very bad experience.
