The whole experience has been a nightmare. I saw the car I purchased as available online and called to make an appointment to go see it. Seems they had just arrived and not even washed yet. But it looked li I purchased as available online and called to make an appointment to go see it. Seems they had just arrived and not even washed yet. But it looked like a good car. I test drove it and immediately felt a vibration but figured a balancing/alignment would fix it. I was told used cars go through a rigorous inspection and they would correct the issues found. I decided to purchase the car (in cash) and still took me 4 hours to go through all the paperwork. I was told they would deliver it to me in 48h after it passed inspection. I received the car with so many issues: TPS (tire pressure) light on, vibration still there, rear brake lights out, missing wheel center cap (had it before), turn signal light off. I scheduled a visit to have these items fixed, it took them SEVEN (7) hours to supposedly fix everything. Vibration was still there. I scheduled another visit now to some random aftermarket shop “that the manager sends cars to get properly aligned” only to have them send me back to the dealership. It was very secretive, the aftermarket shop owner was extremely rude to me and only said “these cars have old parts” without offering any details. The dealer’s service “expert” seemed to finally correct the vibration after another 4 hours spent. Small vibration is still felt but does not affect driving. I was told they ordered the TPS sensors and would call me when they arrived. About 4 days and just a few extra miles past the “return guarantee” the engine light came on. I took it to my mechanic (personal friend) and he said the battery and alternator were dead (doesn’t the dealership check the health of the battery?), it was $1,000. TPS light still on and waiting. After a couple of weeks engine light back on. It took TWO MONTHS waiting for the sensors and being told “they are on back order” for me to reach the General Manager Sergio Suarez, who within hours called back to say I could bring the car in for the sensors. Apparently they did have some. I come in, 45 min later am told they “reset” the current sensors and it was fine. I hesitated but went on my way. 15 miles down the road sensor light comes back on. I go back to the dealership and ask why if the GM asked me to come in they could not simply change the sensors. 3 hours later I get my car back, new sensors calibrated. By the time I get home the sensor light is back on. Car also has electrical issues. Absolute nightmare and waste of time dealing with it. More
