I dropped off my car for an oil change and a few hours later, the service advisor called and recommended fluid flush and alignment and quoted me "189". So I was like ok sure figuring I would pay around $2 later, the service advisor called and recommended fluid flush and alignment and quoted me "189". So I was like ok sure figuring I would pay around $200 or so. Later on, I go to pick up my car and when I swipe my card, the total price $1233.52! I told the cashier that must be a mistake. The advisor comes and tells me that is the price he quoted me over the phone. I'm like you told me 189. He points at his paper which has $1089.00 and says "yeah I told you 189". I'm like that is not 189 that is one thousand eighty-nine! The zero between the 1 and 8 makes the difference between one hundred eighty-nine & one thousand eighty-nine. Long story short I paid to get my car. I called asking for a service manager and haven't heard from them yet. I did get a text offering me 3 free oil changes for the misunderstanding. I'm very disappointed and upset that their "miscommunication" cost me $1200! This was not my fault the advisor was unable to distinguish $189 and $1089. More

They did the appointment and confirmed by email with 3 confirmation emails, everything scheduled for the 19th at 8:00AM. I went to the dealership arriving there at 7:45AM, 23 min of traffic from my residence. They filled out a form and asked me to wait to be called, which only happened at 8:20AM. When it got even worse I was informed that they didn't have the part to make the recall and that I had: gone there with 2 cars, mine to leave there to make the recall and my son's car that went along to bring me back, walking 46 minutes away from my house, that is, 46 minutes of gasoline, time wasted, all this done for nothing, because the service could not be done, because they were not responsible and neither professional, I just wasted time and money! All they had to do was verify that they didn't have the part and didn't make the appointment, or even, knowing in advance that they had such an appointment for a recall and that they didn't have the part, they could have called, sent a text message, or any kind of notice for us not to have had all this work, but they care about the customers? Of course not, you are just one more among thousands, you are not important. The only disappointment with FORD dealers and with FORD, who should give more attention and RESPECT to their clients, monitor and verify their dealers and representatives. In short, if you don't want disappointment, don't go there or don't buy a ford car !!!! More
