Worst Customer experience. biggest liars and thief's had my truck here over 2 months for a warranty repair and they tried to say it was something else even went as far as cutt biggest liars and thief's had my truck here over 2 months for a warranty repair and they tried to say it was something else even went as far as cutting a line to make it look like it was something else not covered under the warranty, *TO TRY TO SQUEEZE $4,000 out of me.* the squeezing began after i complained to 2 top managers, so me complaining got me nowhere just a VINDICTIVE ATTITUDE to R4p3 me per management! I had to get my truck towed out of miami to lakeland to the original dealer that fixed it and had my truck back in 2 days !!! simple fix and even fixed the cut hose they cut for no charge !! Lakeland Ford is the BEST !!! BEWARE!!!! STEER CLEAR OF THESE LIARS AND THIEF'S !!! FRANDY WAS MY SERVICE ADVISER . There was a salesman named STAN that seemed to try to help me out as much as he could even stated he was TIRED of his own service department not getting things done KUDOS TO STAN UNTIL HE GOT TOLD TO STOP CONVEYING INFORMATION WITH ME.... OUT OF THE 4 PEOPLE I DEALT WITH AT THIS DEALERSHIP 2 OF THEM BEING TOP MANAGERS STAN WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT SEEMED very SINCERE. ..and a side note for all the scammed one star reviewers out there from this dealership, please take your time to thumbs up every single one star review to push them to the top and expose this fraudulent dealership.
