I arrived at this dealership around 7:30am for an Oil Change and Tire problems. I was offered a shuttle to anywhere I needed to go but I chose to wait. They are courteous but it’s hard to get an appointment for diagnostic testing and repairs. And the work takes a long time. Again the people are nice and the oil change service is good but Ford has to do for diagnostic testing and repairs. And the work takes a long time.
