Once again, Maria stepped up to the Bronco Plate to help me. On Friday, Oct. 20th, I woke up to a nail sticking out of the sidewall of my rear tire. We called Autonation and was informed that we had to ca me. On Friday, Oct. 20th, I woke up to a nail sticking out of the sidewall of my rear tire. We called Autonation and was informed that we had to call the institution who issued my roadside tire protection. Maria got the ball rolling and the tire was at the dealership on Saturday. I went to Autonation on Monday, I had a new tire and a clean vehicle in two hours, with all of the normal inspections as well. Maria is the best, and so is AutoNation Ford Margate!!!! I have been doing business with sales and service at AutoNation Ford Margate since we moved to Coconut Creek, and will not go elsewhere for my automotive needs!!! Anthony, the service advisor was great, he kept me informed for the week the car was in the service department. However, the primary reason that I brought the car in for was still there when I pulled informed for the week the car was in the service department.
