I am not opposed to using full synthetic I am upset with the fact that when we purchased the vehicle brand new we also bought a maintenance plan and I am just wondering why all of those oil changes synthetic blend oil was good enough only when I am now paying they switched me over to this and didn't bother to even tell me instead let it be a surprise to me when picking the car up. This is not how maintenance should be done. More
