Kadeem at Autonation Margate Ford made sure that all my concerns and questions were addressed. I visited another Ford Dealership in Delray two years ago and had a horrible experience. Sean, our service tech is great and he handles our concerns in a timely manner. However, the issue I'm having with my 2021 F-150, is the defective drive side mirror. Since I've purchased the truck bac concerns in a timely manner. However, the issue I'm having with my 2021 F-150, is the defective drive side mirror. Since I've purchased the truck back in April 2021, the driver side mirror has been change twice already. I don't know, but the mirror keep getting stuck when open. On 9/9/21 Sean called, stating, the truck is ready for pickup, they had to re-programed the mirror and they're working good now. On 9/10/21 the mirror started doing the same thing again. I send pictures to Sean and said he's going to re-order a new one again. More
