When I asked why they were charging me $ 120 for something so obvious to the naked eye, I was told by my service agent "I do not make the rules". I felt that I was there not to have my car serviced but to be skimmed out of every dollar. They even charged $ 60 for "Disposable fees". that is to dispose of a window switch, the two plastics door handles and the oil and filter of an oil change for which they charged me over $ 50. Then I remember why I had stopped taking my car for dealer service. I had over $ 145 in Ford points that had to be applied to my bill and they were not applied even though I asked for it. I could not be any further disappointed. More

Excellent customer service. I recently had to take my vehicle for service in orser to take care of a recall. I called another dealership in the area and was told that the issue wasn't covered under the r vehicle for service in orser to take care of a recall. Brought the vehicle in on the same day and it was taken care of. More
