Jose gave me great service, however the team behind him failed. I left my car at the dealership twice because there was a noise on the left side when I turned the steering wheel and twice they said they c failed. I left my car at the dealership twice because there was a noise on the left side when I turned the steering wheel and twice they said they couldn't find anything. I took it to greico and in a few hours they informed me that the problem was in the steering gear and it was being changed. The car was also having trouble locking and unlocking. They stayed with the car for 3 days at the dealer, only to say on the third day that they needed the spare key. I ended up removing the car without solving the problem because I had no way to get the key. And there's still more. I left the car to fix the seat belts that were in trouble twice, because the first time, they didn't even notice. When I went to pick up the car it was as I left it. Only the second time they fixed it. One star for the Margate dealer out of consideration for José. I would like to not give any stars. And finally, I suspect they never rotate the tires. Never! Because I can't find any other explanation for having only one tire that's completely bald while the other three are in good condition. More
Had to bring in car for phone reconnection due to new iPhone. My service lady Breanna was outstanding and remembered my name from a prior visit a few days before. I was not feeling well due to chemotherapy and she immediately had me sit at a table and brought all the paperwork for me to sign. She was extremely helpful and got me on my way within a few minutes. She is exceptional! Also I was originally quoted a price of $250, then reduced to $179, and when I got the bill is was FREE!!!!! More
