I brought my F150 in for one of my prepaid services. My service writer, Shomari Willis advised a coolant flush was recommended and that it would cost $168.00. I agreed to the additional service and signed the work order. When I picked up the truck the next day and was advised the total was $228.00. When I told Shomari that was way more than he quoted he found several additional charges on the bill I was never told about or agreed to. Shomari worked on his computer before finally giving me a bill with the agreed upon price. I appreciated what Shomari had done. But the additional charges should never had been added in the first place. When I first dropped off the truck with Shomari i had also pointed out two screws that were left in my truck from my previous service at the same dealership several months earlier. I had the air conditioner air filter changed and thought the screws may have been removed by the technician to access where the filter goes and they had not been replaced. Shomari told me to leave the screws on the center console and he would have the technician check. When I picked up the truck the screws were where I left them with no explanation as to whether they checked or not. These screws should never had been left in my door handle to begin with and still possibly need to be placed where they came from More

No one called me back after my company did not approve the $ 2300 repair. The company approved two front tires and an oil change. I called the rep several times left messages and got no call back. I had to go to another source to get an oil change and two tires. I own a Toyota and the dealer rep is very responsive. Taking in consideration this experience, I will not buy a Ford vehicle, ever.
