Scheduled 20,000 maintenance services at 7am. The walk-in line was already full and no preference for those with scheduled appointments (so why does this option exist?). Needed to remember about the alignment of wheels after already finished the services/inspection (it is part of the list of specified services for 20,000). Total time 3.5 hours, for sure because of the walk-in lines. No car-wash for scheduled maintenance. All could be better.
