Long wait for oil change and tire rotation booked early and when I arrived I was told the technicians don’t arrive until an hour after my scheduled service time on a weekend!! Staff were friendly enough bu and when I arrived I was told the technicians don’t arrive until an hour after my scheduled service time on a weekend!! Staff were friendly enough but I ended up taking the van home with a TPMS light on as my truck is a Nissan and the dealership are Ford and they told me they didn’t have the correct reset tool!! More
