AutoNation Ford Margate - Service Center

This is my second visit to Margate Ford, and I will be using this center for all my future service needs, I have two Fords, my service advisor Shomarii Willis he is exceptional. I’ve bought many vehicles here, experience was good, but recently they have been charging for a $20.00 oil additive, not needed with synthetic blend oil& $8.00 for waste oil disposal which is picked up from recently they have been charging for a $20.00 oil additive, not needed with synthetic blend oil& $8.00 for waste oil disposal which is picked up from them for fueloil recycling for free, Called other Ford dealers in this area & they don’t charge these fees& are considerably cheaper, More

Came in with a time constriction and my driver door unable to open from the inside. They were able to determine the problem, solve it and give me a repaired car back within 1 hour exactly as they prom unable to open from the inside. I always go to margate autonation ford for my maintenance and oil change. Service rep David Silva was great and answered all my questions honestly and gave good advice. Professional and friendly. They didn’t address the issue, instead they found another one. My car air conditioner still makes a super loud noise that they claim not to hear. It was originally fixed and is still under warranty.
