My Ford Escape had a recent recall. When I called to schedule the appointment, Brianna shared that the part was not in yet, but they expected it to arrive in about two weeks. He said the past had arrive a couple weeks ago and he could schedule the recall appointment right away. Jose was so easy to work with. He communicated well, followed up, and my car even had a car wash. First time my car got a car wash at this site. Usually that isn’t the case. Special shout out to Jose. Keep up the great work. More
