BEWARE CHECK THEIR WORK! !!! I purchased a car from autonation (first time buying a car not from carmax which i regret) I also purchased a warranty through autonation that add !!! I purchased a car from autonation (first time buying a car not from carmax which i regret) I also purchased a warranty through autonation that added an additonal $10,305 on my finance. (poorly explained in the sales managers desk just showing monthly payments if i buy the warranty not the total cost) I got my Ford Raptor serviced for the FIRST time at a dealership and i happened to mark my tires to MAKE sure i always get tires rotated since no one is allowed to see their cars actually getting worked on. So i waited for about 3 hours and as i go outside to take a look at my car i check my tires and I see the marks i left specifically on the tires are in the same exact spot and the tires were never rotated.... I immediately tell service and they told me "oh no mechanic said he did it but we will do it again" Excuse me? I caught THIS dealership trying to charge my warranty for work they NEVER did... I'm CERTAIN that they do this to cars everyday that come in for theses services. I also got an oil change. Alignment and balance but at this point after i left I took my car to a REAL shop that actually did the work and i was comfortable at. Paid $350 for all of that to be done but at least i know it was done and done correctly. I made the service manager get a video of them doing my rotation on my tires but I can tell NONE of them wanted to deal with me at that point or my car. (What customer service is that?) DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT bring your car here for service. This is NOT the place these mechanics DO NOT want to actually do their jobs but half xxx the job. Absolutely pathetic and i will be getting a refund on the "warranty" that autonation offers and i completely regret not purchasing a car from carmax. More

Dealership offers a wide range of services. I brought my 2022 ford Maverick for an oil change and recall work. José, the service advisor was very professional and demonstrated excellent custome I brought my 2022 ford Maverick for an oil change and recall work. Initially he told me that the recall work could take up to 2 days but Ford would not provide me with a loaner. This was unacceptable but he said he would try to have work done in one day. The maintenance and recall work were completed by midday which was excellent. However, I do like the dealership but I would strongly discourage anyone from buying a Ford vehicle due to its disregard to us, the customers. What would’ve happened if the repairs would extend beyond one day? Would I have to rent a car at my own cost or walk to work. I’ve owned Toyotas, Hyundais, Nissans, BMWs, Hondas and was always offered a loaner whenever the vehicle was kept at the dealership for more than one day. Ford, please start treating your customers with respect and appreciation. This will most likely be my first and last ford product. To reiterate, I was quite satisfied with the dealership and with my service Advisor!!! More
