I never feel that I am taken advantage of when I go to him, and this is something that is truly important to me, being a single woman. (I say this, because I have gone other places and I know that other places have played up the fact that I might be stranded on the side of the road, in an effort to add on things that would make the bill go up.) This is not the case at AutoNation. My interactions at AutoNation have led me to hold onto my Mustang longer than I would typically hold onto a car. And if I would purchase a new car, I would probably buy another Mustang just because I know I could get reliable service at a fair price. More
