My first time at AutoNation Ford service. I was assigned to Shamari. He was polite, personable, courteous and very professional . He kept me informed of everything they did. He is a keeper. Nice, knowledgeable, fixed in reasonable time, told me repair cost before work. Told me what was broken. Even offered if I was interested in a trade in. But... it the repair was way overpriced and I ha repair cost before work. Told me what was broken. Even offered if I was interested in a trade in. But... it the repair was way overpriced and I had to point it out to them to get the work down to a reasonable price for a dealership. I did my research on the parts and work. I paid probably 10% more than an independent mechanic but what you get at the dealership is expertise on your model. I find independent mechanics that are as good are very hard to find. I'd recommend then just negotiate the repair price with solid research. Be a smart customer. More

All requests and work was completed ontime and as ordered. Good communication allowed vehicle to be picked up after hours which allowed the next business morning to start as schedualed. ordered.
