Excellent service, took one of our fleet vehicles in for service & recalls plus an issue we expected to be invoiced for and even after a cabin trim part came up missing after the van was picked, they replac service & recalls plus an issue we expected to be invoiced for and even after a cabin trim part came up missing after the van was picked, they replaced it at no charge and put it on while we waited. Customer orientated which today is rare, keep it up! More
Im always greeted when I drive up for my appointment. All my concerns are address. They even explain what is recommended for my vehicle and if there's any recalls they address the recall. AC problem was misdiagnosed initially which resulted in a $2,900 repair instead of $1,500. I authorized the $2,900 repair because I was told that it would fix my problem. It didn't. The Service Director stat $2,900 repair instead of $1,500. I authorized the $2,900 repair because I was told that it would fix my problem. It didn't. The Service Director stated that I would have to pay the $2,900 even if I picked up my car with the AC still not working. He decided that the AC repair was justified even though it did not fix my AC problem. I strongly disagree! I was forced to pay for their misdiagnosis. I will be reporting their behavior to Ford Motor Company...with written evidence of their unethical behavior. More
What is the point of making an 8 AM appointment 1. 5 weeks prior and keeping my vehicle and promising to call to update and I call next AM to learn nothing was done on my vehicle. Very easy to make a 30 second call. Also, what's the purpose of having an appointment. Disappointing. Spoke to Service Mgr. and will give opportunity to set things right. Fingers crossed. Definitely miss Pompano Ford (10 minutes versus 45 minutes)! More
