Nice, knowledgeable, fixed in reasonable time, told me repair cost before work. Told me what was broken. Even offered if I was interested in a trade in. But... it the repair was way overpriced and I ha repair cost before work. Told me what was broken. Even offered if I was interested in a trade in. But... it the repair was way overpriced and I had to point it out to them to get the work down to a reasonable price for a dealership. I did my research on the parts and work. I paid probably 10% more than an independent mechanic but what you get at the dealership is expertise on your model. I find independent mechanics that are as good are very hard to find. I'd recommend then just negotiate the repair price with solid research. Be a smart customer. More
