Brought in my Maverick for 6 items: 1. Glove Box door rattles - "could not duplicate" no adjustment (did nothing), 2. Display middle screen dimmed? - ?, 5. At times making a sharp right turn and a few times making a left turn there is a total loss of acceleration (no power) - "could not duplicate" no adjustment made, 6. Absolute terrible MPG - City approx 18.6 MPG and city & hwy approx 19.4 MPG trip to and from Port St. Lucie on I-95 20.3 MPG - no adjustment. Also was told (regarding rattles) XLT Maverick is not a quality built vehicle (inferring I should expect to have rattles!). I had an appointment that was set approx 10 days prior, Service had my car for 5 1/2 days (deduct Sunday) therefore 4 1/2 working days. Total lack of communication. DISAPPOINTED...... More
