Shomari Came all the way from Delray Beach because here in Ford Delray, I had to leave my car for 5 business days before somebody could look at it. Shomari went above and beyond to get my car diagnosed the same day. They couldn't fix it because of the delay in response from the insurance. So came back and even I had to leave the car for the day Shomari did everything he could to my car fixed. A lack of qualified technicians is something every dealership struggles with. So nothing you can do about that. Its frustrating yes. But at least they do what they can. As long they handle your problems professional. Grateful for Shomari's willingness to accommodate me the best he could. Even I had to pay for me Lift to and from Delray Beach. Hopefully in time things get better. More

I m very disappointed with Ford, my Van Transit 250 has been in the shop for over 5 Months. 1st took a long time to get a Mechanic to find out what was wrong then had to wait for the warranty to be approve been in the shop for over 5 Months. 1st took a long time to get a Mechanic to find out what was wrong then had to wait for the warranty to be approved and now there is no Motor to replace. I have also been disheartened by the lack of effort to find a suitable solution to this situation. The vehicle is an essential tool for my business operations, and the prolonged absence of my Van Transit has had a significant impact on my ability to conduct business effectively and efficiently. This ordeal has caused not only financial strain but also undue stress and disruption to my livelihood. More

On July 21 on my way to get my ford escape serviced all my dash lights came on and the speedometer quit working my mechanic informed me of a service bulletin from ford extending the warranty to reprogram my dash lights came on and the speedometer quit working my mechanic informed me of a service bulletin from ford extending the warranty to reprogram the ABS module so i took it to ford in Margate where Jose the service Tech informed me that the Car had to be put through a diagnostic check which cost 199. I showed him the Bulletin i had and he said it still had to be done that way. So i left and with in an hour received a call saying the unit had failed and to fix cost 3000$.If the unit is defected enough to have to be reprogramed then why is it not covered if it fails ? I informed him i was coming to pick up my vech. When i arrived another person was there I asked to see proof of the Failure and was told my vech was outside and he would not show mw any paperwork. I took my vech to my mech and he fixed it for 2400 dollars.. i failed to mention my vech only has 53 thousand miles on it and the 1st tech Jose told me I did not know what the xxxx i was talking about when i showed him the ford bulletin .The only response i got from Ford was how disappointed they were with my review and i could call the General Manager. Why didn't the general manager call me. I am a firm believer in buy American but they sure make it hard. My advice to everyone buy the car with the longest warranty. So that's why i give them no stars and a thumb down on customer service. Robert E, Lees Coral Springs FL. More
I took my Explorer ST to the dealer because it had a water leak when raining. So far I was checking and no more leaks. Anthony was great. He booked me the ride and he was very polite all time. He als water leak when raining. So far I was checking and no more leaks. Anthony was great. He booked me the ride and he was very polite all time. He also did the best to explain me how the problem was fixed, but I think the technician who fixed the problem, did not explained to him properly. For that reason, I have the impression that it was a quick fix with silicon and it was not a factory kind long term fix. So far 5 stars and hopefully no more leaks in the future. Thanks. More
I own a 2015 F-150 which I bought at Sawgrass Ford. I moved to Parkland on 2020 and decided to bring my truck for service to AutoNation Ford in Margate due to the long drive to Sawgrass. Now, I have br I moved to Parkland on 2020 and decided to bring my truck for service to AutoNation Ford in Margate due to the long drive to Sawgrass. Now, I have brought it here for service twice and twice they failed me! Frist, I replaced my tires and Brakes. The service tech damaged my calipers during the service which their service manager confirmed it was their mistake. The service manager did me good and replaced both of my calipers at no costs, but I was out of a truck for 4 days waiting on the parts...I figured, OK they made a mistake and corrected the mistake so decided to take it back to replace my battery and Boy was I surprised when they told me that my battery was $450!!! I was in shock!! if this would had been my wife they would had definite taken advantage...This is what I did, I called Sawgrass FORD and asked them for the cost to replace my battery with their best battery -- guess what $240! I told the tech either to match it or give me back the keys...2 minutes later they were matching the price and giving me their best battery! WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK! DO TRUST THESE GUYS! NO F**KING WAY!! I WILL NEVER EVER BRING MY TRUCK HERE AGAIN! AutoNation you guys got to QC your service techs, stop stealing money from people and get your xxxx in order! More
