Well here we go again. Now they say the shocks on the rear of the 2014 escape are defective and this is why yo hear a loud clunk w hen going over a small bump of any kind. But as usual only at there expense if still in warranty or extended warranty. Way to go Ford if they were defective when in warranty and no one could find where the noise was coming from and believe me i tried everyone, Another large price you must pay for owning a Ford.
