They took my car in for what was found I be a blown transmission. I had to call to get the status after 5 days and when I picked it up, the notes said that the brakes need immediate attention. I can’t rate the experience a 5 star overall because only a few minutes after we picked up the vehicle it broke down on the side of the road with an issue we were told was unrelated to the repairs that were a few minutes after we picked up the vehicle it broke down on the side of the road with an issue we were told was unrelated to the repairs that were done. But they were quick to get it towed back to them and fixed the issue with no additional charge. It was obviously an inconvenience but they did their best to make it right. I usually service my truck at Ford (Quick Lane). My indicator telling me it was time to change my oil came on so I thought i'd take my chances on a walk in appointment. They took me in and told me it would be a couple hour wait. The service advisor and asked me if I wanted a tire rotation and I responded yes. My truck was finally ready and I went to pay the bill and was surprised to see the total was $176.68! Usually at Quick Lane the total is around $100+/-. I looked through the invoice and noticed that I was charged $29.95 for the tire rotation (I was never informed of the price and expected it to be a free service as it is with Quick Lane or Discount Tire)!!! I would have said NO if i knew it was a CHARGED extra... My truck was pulled around and I opened the door to fine the plastic seat cover/paper floor mat/dash tag still in the vehicle. There was no trash can near so I took it all out of my truck and placed it on the ground for them to dispose of it. Thank you for the convenience of getting me in as a walk in customer, but shame on you for OVER charging me. More
