I made an appointment months in advance, rearranged my work and family schedule to accommodate the appointment and dropped off the truck only to be called an hour later that the necessary parts were not i work and family schedule to accommodate the appointment and dropped off the truck only to be called an hour later that the necessary parts were not in stock. Perhaps for a no-notice appointment this would be understandable but for a planned appointment this is frustrating. It seems that someone could easily take a look at the customers coming in the next day or even first thing in the morning and let them know if required parts were not in stock for their scheduled service. Previously I have had mixed service here. I cannot speak highly enough about the technicians working here and their care for my truck. But I can recall a separate time that a tire rotation and alignment was unable to be done due to not having the proper wheel lock key. However, it was still listed on the invoice for me to be charged despite the work not being done and clearly annotated as so. Again, something that should easily be caught and corrected by the service desk. More

Hard to find a time to schedule an appointment, but service is always good. Even provided a half-off coupon for the service since we prefer to do ours more frequently than the purchased service plan. service is always good. I have had ongoing bad experiences with 3 other metro area dealerships. I wasn't even liking the Ford brand anymore. John Watt turned this all around! He is an Amazing service provider.
