I made an appointment 2 weeks out because that was the earliest date that I could get a loaner while my pickup was supposed to get an oil change and a full inspection. When I arrived at my 8:00 am appoint earliest date that I could get a loaner while my pickup was supposed to get an oil change and a full inspection. When I arrived at my 8:00 am appointment I was the only customer in the service drive. I waited for a service writer to come out but eventually had to go in. I went to a service writer to check in, he took me to Mandy for some reason. They found my appointment but acted confused that I wanted anything more than a simple oil change. When I went to pick up my loaner car I was informed that the person that did that was not in. It took Mandy 15 minutes to get me into my loaner. About 2 hours later I get a phone call from Mandy telling me I need a complete 30,000 mile service but she did not give me an estimate. I told her I ha d just got new tires and with that I got a complete alignment. Also I did not need new wipers. When I showed up to get my pickup there was one lady working the service desk and she handed me a bill for over $1100.00 dollars. They had charged me for the alignment and several other things that did not need to be done. I was expecting a bill around $400.00 maybe $500.00 Mandy did not act professionally and should have given me an estimate of all the possible charges. The lady that checked me out gave me a small disco and apologized, then handed me my keys and said my pickup was outside somewhere. I will never use your dealership again. More
This dealer service department and the diesel mechanics are first class. Went over and above to take care of my problem. Will never have my truck serviced anywhere else but here from now on. Preoccupied/Laborious was the effect emitted by the service dept from Scheduling - pickup! Unfortunate experience. Just move from Minnesota and wanted a oil change,rotate tires,and front end alignment. 1st alignment wasn't done properly, so had to come back,ugh. Disappointing that the dealership does not stand by their own maintenance agreement sold at their shop. I purchased a maintenance agreement with a person at the dealership prior to meeting the 30,000 mile ma own maintenance agreement sold at their shop. I purchased a maintenance agreement with a person at the dealership prior to meeting the 30,000 mile mark. I was informed that the maintenance agreement would cover all the required items needed. I was provided a menu of services that the agreement would cover. When I showed up for the coverage, the agreement was not entered into their system. I had to prove that I purchased the agreement which I did. I then requested the 30,000 mile service and I was informed that the FORD maintenance agreement is different than the Auto Nation maintenance service standards. Now that I had purchased the agreement the menu of services that Auto Nation stated I needed for 30,000 miles was dwindled down to an oil change and tire rotation. This is despite the fact that one of their service managers advised me what I would get when I purchased the maintenance agreement. The whole visit was a huge disappointment. I had to show my receipt to prove that I purchased the maintenance agreement. I never received the entire menu of services that were required at 30,000 miles despite the salesperson stating that it was covered. When I questioned why I did not get all that was required at 30,000 miles from Auto Nation as promised by the sales representative, I was informed simply that there is a reason why that person is no longer employed by Auto Nation. In essence implying that the sales person was terminated for improper conduct. I purchased an extended warranty for my truck, as well as, their best maintenance service. I have found that both are worthless. Although I have been a support of the Ford service line for many years, I would avoid this dealership. More
