Took my 2018 Escape in for an oil change and tire rotation; all went well, the service was done in a timely manner with no complaints. Their waiting room is a good place to wait. Miranda, who waited on me was great, knowledgeable, and was able to answer the questions I had. It is a bit of a drive for me, but was a good experience overall! More
Not impressed. Tried to charge me $100.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. Got them to provide me the works package (which is what I asked for when making the appointment), and it brought the price change and tire rotation. Got them to provide me the works package (which is what I asked for when making the appointment), and it brought the price down to ~$55.00. Took them over 2 hrs, and when I checked in they couldn't find my truck. Turns out the paperwork was sitting on the advisors desk who apparently left... Advisor that helped me check out was nice, but I could tell he was annoyed that his coworker left without telling anyone. I will not be returning More
I have a 2017 Ford Escape that needed a left front strut. I took it to Auto Nation Ford in Littleton, Colorado to have the strut replaced and of course when you replace a strut you must do an alignment. Th I took it to Auto Nation Ford in Littleton, Colorado to have the strut replaced and of course when you replace a strut you must do an alignment. The service rep or someone guessed that it would cost about $1300 for the strut and alignment. After about two weeks, which I thought was way too long, they called and said it was done. My wife dropped me off to pick up the car as she was headed south out of town. When I went in to pick up the car, I was told the bill was $1,683.01 almost 17 hundred dollars. I told the service rep that I was expecting about 13 hundred, and he was sorry. I then asked if I could have a 10% Black Friday discount, and he said no. So I paid the full amount. I got into the car and drove off and instantly noticed that the steering wheel was off center. I drove right back into the service bay and told my service rep about the problem. He called the mechanic over, and the mechanic said that I needed an alignment for $144. I said that they were to do an alignment with the strut and that I was not going to pay $144 for something that they were supposed to have already done. They took the car, and I waited for about two hours or so in the lounge area. When I was told the car was ready, I got in it and drove County Line Road to Santa Fe Drive to check it out. It was just fine, so I drove home. When I got home, I rolled up the driver's window only to discover that someone had written "xxxxxxx" on the window with a felt pen. I should have taken it right back to Auto Nation Ford or at least taken a picture of it, but I did neither. It would not come off with water. I had to get Windex. I rubbed and rubbed to get it off. I then left a voice mail about it with the service rep and then talked to some manager about how mad I was about the whole ordeal. He listened to me, and I informed him I would not be back again. They have had my F150 in the shop for almost 3 weeks. They continue to say they don’t have enough Techs to fix vehicles due to Covid. They don’t return phone calls and continue to make excuses. They just They continue to say they don’t have enough Techs to fix vehicles due to Covid. They don’t return phone calls and continue to make excuses. They just admitted that they are at least 5 weeks behind on service work. By the way my truck repair is not major. I also purchased the truck from them. Do not use them for vehicle repair work. More
I just moved to the area and this was my was my first experience at AutoNation Ford. I made an appointment to have my oil changed and snow tires switched over for the season. Whenever I take my cars i experience at AutoNation Ford. I made an appointment to have my oil changed and snow tires switched over for the season. Whenever I take my cars in for service I pull in to the service bay and greeted by an employee who gets my car checked in. I waited several minutes in the service bay area, was never approached by anyone so I went inside the building to be helped. I had an appointment for an oil change and snow tire switch over that was told that it would take about 1-1 1/2 hours. It took nearly 3 hours. When I went out to get in my car, the paper floor mat and plastic seat covering were still in the car and I had to take them out and throw them away. My car is always washed when it has been serviced at other Ford dealerships and I asked the employee if they were going to wash the truck and he told me they do not have a car wash-I thought that odd for such a large dealership who sells brand new cars that are delivered clean to the customers. I drove off and then it occurred to me to make sure that they put my regular tires in the bed of truck for the Spring switch over. They did not put my old tires in bed of the truck. I had to return to the dealership to get my old tires and was told the technician just forgot to put them in the truck. I just felt like I was not valued as a customer at this dealership and will not be returning. More
I dropped my truck off for several services including a recall item. I was set up to receive text updates and contacting for my service updates. Which worked fine for 2 days. The tech answered and up recall item. I was set up to receive text updates and contacting for my service updates. Which worked fine for 2 days. The tech answered and updated as expected. Then, for 5 straight days the tech would not respond. The phone system at the dealership is garbage. I sat on hold/redirected for over 30 minutes (TWICE) trying to get anyone to answer. no luck. They did not get the truck in on time to service it, then they could not figure out one of my issues. They had my truck for over 2 weeks and I finally told them to put it back together and give it to me. The sales manager finally helped me get in contact with someone from service, then a service manager actually updated me. The total lack of contact and the fact that they did not even look at my truck and start service on time was super frustrating. this is also a little thing, but after over 2 weeks at the dealership, they did not even wash my truck.
