Had an issue with my accelerator pedal on my Ford truck and was a little irate about it. Drove over to Autonation Ford and had some questions concerning the issue and was told it was on me. Then Wes came o and was a little irate about it. Drove over to Autonation Ford and had some questions concerning the issue and was told it was on me. Then Wes came out to calm me down and we had a great discussion about the problem and he took it upon himself to contact the higher ups at Ford and he managed to get the problem taken care of. Not all dealerships do this, they let the consumer take care of everything. AutoNation did a great job of taking care of me and my truck, I highly recommend if you have any issues or questions to contact them. They will get it figured out and taken care of.
