I took my truck in with a battery/charging system light randomly coming on. After they tested the battery an alternator they said they would need to do a more detailed diagnostic so they would need to keep randomly coming on. After they tested the battery an alternator they said they would need to do a more detailed diagnostic so they would need to keep it for a few days. I called to check on the progress 4 (working) days later and said that they did not know the tech that did the type of diagnostic had been out and no one has had a chance to look at my truck yet! They said I could leave my truck with them for a few more days or reschedule more time at a different date. So after having my truck for 4 days and a weekend they had done nothing but check the battery and alternator and I was no closer to having the issue fixed then when I brought it in. When I picked up the truck it seemed like they didn’t even know where it was and after they finally gave it back to me they did not even apologize for any inconvenience this had caused me. Very frustrating situation all together! More
Scams. Service department is a bunch of clowns. Had some warranty and general maintenance work done. I have been very pleased with this dealership in the past, but this visit was not as impressive. I had 2 recall items to be addressed, but they only ad have been very pleased with this dealership in the past, but this visit was not as impressive. I had 2 recall items to be addressed, but they only addressed one. I have had to schedule another appointment for the second one. The communication was terrible. I understand that staffing is a challenge right now, but they never answer the phone and did not call me back. The work took an extra day and I did not get a phone call until mid day the following day. Super frustrating. More

The dealership is nice the people are great but when it comes to communication they really need to work on that. I dropped my vehicle off to them before thanksgiving of 2021 and now it’s the new year and i comes to communication they really need to work on that.
