While it was understandable that it took some time to get my vehicle fixed (it took nearly 2 weeks to get my car back) the communication was terrible. We had to initiate every contact to get updates on the my vehicle fixed (it took nearly 2 weeks to get my car back) the communication was terrible. We had to initiate every contact to get updates on the car and frequently did not receive calls back. Sometimes we received a text message with an update but, again, we initiated the first text. The only person who was extremely helpful was the operator who answered the direct number. This was a disappointing experience and I just recommend that this department do a better job with communication. More

Usually on time and friendly. Last experience not so much. Person at counter wasn't very personable and seemed to not care about some of my vehicle concerns. One of which is a saf Last experience not so much. Person at counter wasn't very personable and seemed to not care about some of my vehicle concerns. One of which is a safety concern with the windshield wipers not working correctly. The other is a rattle noise coming from what seems to be the rear suspension. Again a possible safety concern. Neither problem was corrected during my visit. Windshield wipers were not even looked at because no technicians with the proper skills were available. The rattle was diagnosed as "there is no rattle". THERE IS AN OBVIOUS RATTLE IN THE REAR OF THE TRUCK! I gave the dealership 4 stars because of past experience, but will consider a different dealership for future service because of my last experience. More
Service appt was on Thursday they looked at car the following Tuesday. Need to be up front on timing as appt had been set for weeks and other modes of transportation set up. My new truck has a low ambient temperature related issue that required leaving the F150 with the dealership for several days. The weather warmed and as expected, the issue was not repeatable in the four day that required leaving the F150 with the dealership for several days. The weather warmed and as expected, the issue was not repeatable in the four days and 20 miles of test drives that they did. But they assured me that my problem is now documented with them and with Ford Motor Company. It's all I can ask at this point. More
