I left my vehicle on a Monday, 4/4 for an oil leak from the oil pan. I did not receive any communication about what they found or what repairs were being done until the following Monday, 4/11 when I called the oil pan. I did not receive any communication about what they found or what repairs were being done until the following Monday, 4/11 when I called twice before they returned my call and said the vehicle was done. When I picked up the vehicle it had been left out in the weather with the drivers window down and the interior was dirty with water stains for a rain storm. The engine cover had oil hand prints on it and the vehicle still smelled like burning oil. I took it back theme today and they cleaned the oil from the exhaust, which was left from the repair. The service department detailed the car to remove the dirt from the car. I waited 2 hours while that was completed. This is the 3rd time the oil pan has had to be replaced since I bought the FordEdge new in 2018. More

I am very disappointed in Autonation Ford. When the truck was purchased we bought service appointments. I used one last week and found out that the last one we have expires at the end of thi When the truck was purchased we bought service appointments. I talked to someone in the finance department about the possibility of extending it and it was like talking to a stone wall. Very disappointed and most likely will be using a different ford dealership for my next service. More

Josh rowdier was awesome! I had an appointment for a recall issue and was under a severe time deadline to get it done and Josh got it done with time to spare.
