I wasn’t going to write a review. I got a call from Tonya who said she was with quality assurance and encouraged me to write a positive review and give 5 stars and that anything less would be failing. I explained my experience and she asked that I submit my feedback and she was going to have a director call me. I have not received a call and now you’re telling me to call the GM. Jump through hoops and hope I go away strategy?
