I went in for my complimentary oil change since I bought my car from there, and come to find my brake pads and rotors went bad. I had asked why they didn’t warn me before on my previous oil change there sin my car from there, and come to find my brake pads and rotors went bad. I had asked why they didn’t warn me before on my previous oil change there since it was only 3 months prior and they didn’t have an answer. I was told over the phone that I would get a lifetime warranty on my brake pads which I was surprised about, but then recalling in speaking to numerous different reps they had told me that was not true. The staff there was kinda rude and really didn’t seem to want to help and more wanted to try to get us out as soon as possible. Overall I am happy it was my last oil change and I probably won’t be returning. More

The sales team is good and getting vehicle at MSRP. But the service department not so much. Went for an oil change and tire rotation and the auto mechanics did not put my skid back on correctly. After getting tire rotation and getting home one of my tire lug nuts was never put back on my vehicle. More
