Car was suppose to be in for 2-3 days . On the 6th day I called them. They hadn’t even started working on it. NO CALL, NO UPDATE, NO RESCHEDULE. SPENT $250 on a rental car. I dropped it off on Tuesday; they didn't even look at it until Friday. When I dropped it off I told them it was a transition issue, but they failed to tell me they no longer had a transition tech.
