I dropped my truck off because it was having trouble starting. It looked like there was too much oil from my last oil change. I had them do an oil change. They realized that my battery needed to be repl starting. It looked like there was too much oil from my last oil change. I had them do an oil change. They realized that my battery needed to be replaced. They changed out the battery and changed the oil right away. I was able to pick my truck up that afternoon. More

I made an appointment for my car to be worked on because of a service recall notice. I scheduled the appointment at least 2 weeks in advance, but when I arrived there I was told they would need to keep my c of a service recall notice. I scheduled the appointment at least 2 weeks in advance, but when I arrived there I was told they would need to keep my car for 5 days! They said they only have one technician doing service recall work and he is back-logged, so he wouldn't even have been able to work on my car on the day I first brought it in. So what was the point of making an appointment if the work isn't going to be done on the same day? I re-scheduled for a time when I know I won't need my car for a number of days for the recall service work to be done. More

What a nightmare! And it is not over! I had the rear brake rotors and pads replaced and two days later rear brakes are screeching when applied. Took 10 disinfectin And it is not over! I had the rear brake rotors and pads replaced and two days later rear brakes are screeching when applied. Took 10 disinfecting wipes to get the grease and oil off of my steering wheel and someone sanded a portion of the steering wheel? Had the truck delivered to my house and delivery was two hours late. To top it off the delivery service employees felt it was necessary to argue with my wife. Spent $2,500 +’and I don’t even know if the proposed repairs were completed. The nightmare continues…I will be calling the service manager. More
My experience overall with the service department was good. I was in and out quickly which I really appreciated. However if I was to rate the overall experience I would give it a 1. When I got back in my car that mind you is always very clean on the inside I was very taken back. Whomever had driven my car had the seat pushed all the way back touching my infants car seat making it to where I couldn’t get her in her seat. My steering wheel had an oil residue on it and someone left their empty coffee cup in the cup holder. I know that in the grand scheme of things these may seem minor but for me I was unbelievably disappointed. I’ve owned high end luxury cars before and when they’re serviced it’s a white glove experience. I understand that my car is just a Ford. But it’s still a $90k car and I didn’t feel like it was taken care of in the manner it should have been. I have pre-purchased services through the dealership so I will have to bring my car back for future service but I’m honestly already dreading it if this is what I have to expect each time. Before I could leave yesterday I had to put my seat back and wipe down both the steering wheel, touch screen and cup holders to remove the oil residue and discard trash. This isn’t how any customer should be treated. More
