I was in a time bind to have a repair completed prior to a cross-country road trip. The AutoNation Ford team in Littleton was able to get my Bronco into the shop and finish the repair. The staff is really great and friendly. I used to use another dealership but they had really poor customer service. AutoNation isn’t the closest but definitely worth the drive! I had a check up and some recall items worked on everything went well. I got texts from my service advisor to keep me up to date as to what was going on. I have more work to be done, and I will sche everything went well. I got texts from my service advisor to keep me up to date as to what was going on. Their service department is the worst I have ever delt with. Half the time their phone system doesn't function. If you opt for the call back rather than wait for someone to answer they don't call back. It with. Half the time their phone system doesn't function. Drove from Parker to Littleton to get the truck because I was told it would be ready, it wasn't. Every service representative act like it is a pain to deal with the customer. I sold my 150 to Carmax and I'm glad I don't have to deal with AutoNation Ford anymore. More
We’re told we needed a transmission but the car was never driven. Not sure it was even in the garage. Took to a transmission shop and told it wasn’t that bad. An issue but transmission not shot . Super long wait times and had to bring it back for service that was supposed to already have been done when it was originally dropped off. Now it's back in to have recall work done but was never resolved.They put me in their (Que) and said I would have to leave it 3-5 days till a teck was freed up.What do I do without my truck? People were friendly. Took 4 weeks just to complete service. 1 week ordered part, was told they would call when arrived, never contacted after part arrived. First attempt, technician wouldn't work on it for 3 days, and no loaner cars so I have to pay for a rental each day(not covered). 2nd attempt they stated they would call Monday, nobody called. Wednesday service was completed, but technician left interior trim panels loose, now rattling around, and outside of car was also left damaged. Terrible communication and vehicle was left in worse condition. Was told twice we would be called if the warranty would cover the rental. Nobody has called or reached back out to us. Only good thing is the service and part were covered under warranty. More
