Very please with the work done on my truck, it drives better than when I first bought it. All of my concerns was addressed and then some. My service rep Ethan was 5 stars, he did everything he possibly could for me. However, I had an issue with my door that was going to involve 10 days of leaving my car at the dealership, $200 diagnostic f possibly could for me. However, I had an issue with my door that was going to involve 10 days of leaving my car at the dealership, $200 diagnostic fee and many complications that were beyond my understanding. I was able to call another dealership, get the drain at the bottom of my door unclogged resolving the issue with dropping in an spending 15 minutes there. The general service was good as far as I can understand but I'm not sure why the mechanics there didn't know about the drain on the door and suggested drilling a hole in my door. More
