I would recommend them for service if you don't mind them not returning phone calls. I needed info for my insurance claim and the only way I could have a conversation with a person was to drive to their loc not returning phone calls. John Watts was so wonderful. They did what they were supposed to do to fix the car but it definitely felt like they were pushing me to do alot more with the car to get a extra charge. Came for some recalls, service, and to have another minor issue looked at. I made the appointment more than a month in advance. When I arrived they told me they were behind and it may take a week to look at issue looked at. I made the appointment more than a month in advance. When I arrived they told me they were behind and it may take a week to look at everything. A week goes by, the service rep never called like he said he would despite me calling numerous times. He would say "I'll call you back..." and we know how that goes. I finally decided to go pick my vehicle up because they at least had the recalls completed and there was no time frame when they could even look at the other problem. Pick up my car and drive it home. The next day it won't shift and is stuck in netural but the dash say reverse so my back up camera won't go off. Turns out the one recall on the shifter cable was installed incorrectly. Had to tow it back. After they towed it back there was a giant puddle of transfer case fluid underneath because when the serviced that they spilled fluid all over and so it was leaking all over my garage floor. The service reps acted like I was the AH and a major inconvenience. I noticed they treated most customers this way. I guess they don't realize who pays their salary. Needless to say, I won't return, first impressions matter. More
I made an appointment and brought the car in for some recall work and an oil change. The Service Tech was able to get my car finished by the end of the morning. Purchased my vehicle here in 2013 and have been working with them ever since. The service department is excellent. Even if they have delays, hiccups or it takes longer (and costs more) than expected the co with them ever since. The service department is excellent. Even if they have delays, hiccups or it takes longer (and costs more) than expected the communication is EXCELLENT> All of the service folks are professional and truly human. (especially Josh!) They do their best to safely, thoroughly get the job completed. When I'm ready for a new EV in a few years (I still LOVE my CMAX) I will shop Autonation's offerings first. More
Overall I had a good experience with the service work performed on my vehicle. The only thing that prevented me from giving a 5-star rating was the fact that I had to call to check the status of my vehic performed on my vehicle.
