Made an appointment to have vehicle serviced, after not hearing anything for a week and half I called to see what was going on. They said they would have their technician look at the vehicle to try and dia hearing anything for a week and half I called to see what was going on. They said they would have their technician look at the vehicle to try and diagnose the problem. A week and a half and they hadn’t even looked at the vehicle, what is the point of an appointment. They had the vehicle for just under three weeks, to do some fluid changes and replace sway bars. When I picked up the vehicle is wasn’t washed, which I thought they might have done since they had it for so long. Luck I have other cars to drive, if this was my only car and I had to get a rental for the entire time, I’d be pissed. Will not be returning More

Unfortunately, a stereotypical poor dealer experience. Poor communications, poor solution, etc.. Took the car in with an AM appt for a tire rotation & oil change. Dropped it off the afternoon before with a blown tire as well. Called mid-afternoon the next day for an update. Pushed off to Mike and left a vmx. I rcvd a text saying parts on order and they would be in next week. No ID who the text was from, no description of the parts. Turns out, after calling back, it was going to take 7 days to get in 1 tire. Told them I'd be by to p/u the car and take it to Firestone for the tire. I was informed they had not done the scheduled oil change since the tire wouldn't be there for a week. After taking the car to Firestone, I weas informed all 3 OEM tires were below recommended DOT tread depth minimums. So, if I had left it at AutoNation Ford for the tire replacement, they would have given me a car that had unsafe tires on it. More
