I would not change my answer i will be giving who ever a call but my feelings are hurt i never got burned like this in my life. And by making it up to me would be for a $1700 refund check or cash since i paid cash thats how you can make up to me & my 2015 ford explorer still runs like xxxx and me and my wife are also on disability and it been hard to get place to place for appointments and so on

Ive had call the general manager back and like before voice mail again see ford services doesn't want to make it right another lie they have my phone number if they were concern they would have fix the problem at no cost there shady just like the people from autonation relationships management they said there was going to be a investigation more lies how can all management sleep at night knowing they could burn people like my self thats on disability

Ive called the general manager and still no response they haven't return my call i just know that i got burned for $1700 to fix my explorer and i checked all old parts and the was nothing wrong with them i dont dont how those employees general manager or even autonation customer relationship sleep at night knowing they know how to get over on people how sad
