We’re told we needed a transmission but the car was never driven. Not sure it was even in the garage. Took to a transmission shop and told it wasn’t that bad. An issue but transmission not shot . I had a check up and some recall items worked on everything went well. I got texts from my service advisor to keep me up to date as to what was going on. This was the 1st, and last, dealership I went to! I saw the car I thought I wanted on line (a small Lexus SUV). Decided to head over there that day to look at it and the service was just great! Lon was there to meet us, we test drove the car and decided to purchase (it was also the 1st car I looked at!). The car is in wonderful shape, and the attention to detail made it look brand new. Having the warranty for a few months really helped us decide to buy. I don't like car shopping at all (I had my last car for 16 years!)...but the experience was great. Even the loan process was easy. In the past, buying a car was such a pain and an all day deal. I think end to end it may have been 3 hours. So, thank you! I'll certainly recommend you to my friends! More

Their service department is the worst I have ever delt with. Half the time their phone system doesn't function. If you opt for the call back rather than wait for someone to answer they don't call back. It with. Half the time their phone system doesn't function. Drove from Parker to Littleton to get the truck because I was told it would be ready, it wasn't. Every service representative act like it is a pain to deal with the customer. I sold my 150 to Carmax and I'm glad I don't have to deal with AutoNation Ford anymore. More
Super long wait times and had to bring it back for service that was supposed to already have been done when it was originally dropped off.
