Brought our newly purchased 2020 Ford Fusion in for service because Ford(Ford Pass) told us we have a 3G data connection which is not supported anymore by cell companies. Service advisor at AutoNation service because Ford(Ford Pass) told us we have a 3G data connection which is not supported anymore by cell companies. Service advisor at AutoNation Ford Littleton(Joshua) returned the car 5 days later saying there are no 5G "updates" available, and that Ford Pass is a third part app that they don't support. Lady at Ford Pass assured me she gets paid directly by Ford Motor Company, not a third party. I Looked online and found there to be a 4G upgrade available to purchase. I don't feel like they have a clue what they are doing or just delaying me until the car is out of warranty. The issue of a loud resonating noise at high power usage(up the highway into the mountains)... Again they could not find anything using a stethoscope on the side of the engine at idle or driving up a small/medium hill by castle rock. I was easily able to find the noise issue on YouTube(Common). This vehicle was on the lot at this location, but delivered to the west location and then purchased there. More

This is my struggle with this dealership, first I researched online found the vehicle I wanted, I went to the dealership and spoke with the sales rep. We looked it up he said great we have it and here is another model just incase. Great guy very nice. I said great I wanted to Test Drive it. So he goes to look for the keys and then he comes back and says all the vehicles are out on courtesy loan for people with there cars in for service, but he has the Used Model. I said sure I will test drive the used model, I test drove the used version said I love it but I want New not used, you get the new one back and we will talk. a week pasts and no calls, so I email the gentleman and he said I cant bring it back for a test drive, and I said ok but how can I buy it if you don't bring it back for a test drive. He is very Apologetic and says no problem ill get back asap. I get a call a couple days later and he said ok we got the same model back but its not the color of the one you wanted. I said at this point I don't care about the color lets schedule a appointment so we can get this Finalized. I come back to the Dealership and test drive the Vehicle everything looks good, we Finalize everything on the paperwork and i get the Keys good to go. This was finalized on a Saturday, Sunday I wake up go to drive it and I get a warning light, this is concerning its a brand new vehicle what is going on. I speak to my sales guy on Monday he said no problem its under warteny for the warning light which is for the passenger side airbag malfunction, call for service and they will get it take care of. I called the Ford Service line tell them i need to schedule service for my Vehicle and they look it up in the system and say you need to speak with your salesperson. I say ok tell them who he was and they put me on hold and I get disconnected from. I think this is clearly a mistake, I call back tell them what's going on and the said you have to speak to your salesman place me on hold and again I get disconnected from. So I call my salesperson directly and he walks himself down to the shop and gets me an appointment 2 weeks from the date. Ok great appointment set up. During this 2 weeks this Malfunction light goes on and off multiple times and when I dropped it off the guy said said might take 3-4 days to find the problem and fix it, I said that's not a problem, doe you guys have an loaner cars any size I'm not picky, The Shop said No we don't do loaners..... Well that's strange cause they told me MY SUV out on loan before I bought it. I said ok fine ill try to get transportation do you have a Courtesy Drop off to get home? He said no you are to far out of our rang beau case I lived all the way in Aurora. So Then I had to try to find a way home. I heard nothing from the shop over several days and I called on Day 4 and said asked for any updates and they said we are still working on it we have not found the problem. I dropped off my SUV on Monday and now its going on Friday and I still don't have it back. i call and leave a message for my Service Associate, Never get a call back. Call again on the Following Monday going on Day 8 and still no call back. Call again on Tuesday They guy says ok your car is ready you can come get it, so I schedule to come get it the following morning. I show up Wednesday morning, They give me the paperwork and said the light is going to keep going off cause we have to order the part to fix it. I get my SUX back they have now DISABLED my passenger side airbag so its not gonna work at all. I asked if they will call me when the part is in. they said yes. I am going on 2 months now with no passenger side airbag. and to Top it off there is a scratch on the Glass on dashboard, I don't know if it was there before or if it happen in the shop. Since the Light was going in an out this concerns me that the knowing sold me a car with the malfunction on it but I of course have no way of knowing. I bought the car at the end of September and it is now going to be January and my car is still not 100% and I am very frustrated with this dealership More

I scheduled a service for a heated seat-related issue in my Ford Edge. Prior to diagnostics, I was advised by another dealership that this would be an expensive service that would require a week's time and my Ford Edge. Prior to diagnostics, I was advised by another dealership that this would be an expensive service that would require a week's time and for the front seats to be torn out. I was dreading this appointment but finally set one up with AutoNation. A few days prior to the appointment, I experienced an unexpected issue. I was able to have my car towed in on the weekend, and by Monday, two days prior to my actual appointment, Adam called me and was able to get my car in for diagnostics. By the next day, both of my issues were diagnosed and my car was available for pickup the following day. Within 72 hours of my initial communication with Adam, both my issues were resolved and I had my car back. Adam exhibited excellent customer service and communication. He was friendly and took the time to explain the repairs to me. I will be using AutoNation Ford in the future for my service needs! More
