Bill and his service department are a group of stand up guys/gals and i would refer anyone to them. Their service department is top notch and were able to answer all questions i had promptly and knowledgea guys/gals and i would refer anyone to them. I think he goes above and beyond what is needed to be explained to me when it comes to the repairs he really wants to make sure I understand every step you dont find that quality very often in a service rep. It is Mr Norris' attitude and compassion for making sure I have everything I need, brings me to the service department at Mike Shad. From the first time I brought my Ford in and now that I bring my Scion in I have everything I need, brings me to the service department at Mike Shad. From the first time I brought my Ford in and now that I bring my Scion in for maintainance. My son was a cancer patient and it was time for his IV therapy. His schedule could not change even though I had errands to run. Mr Norris asked if I needed anything while I waited and I asked if there was a less obvious place to sit with my child so that I could administer his medication without a lot of on lookers and so that if he got sick, would not be embarassed. He took us to a part of the waiting room that was away from other customers and was very kind to my son. He didn't stare or ask questions. He did not look at him as if he was sick at all. They even talked about one of the mustangs that was on the show floor. My son even laughed with him. A few years later Mr Norris left Ford for a while but I still went there. In 2007, my truck's engine had to be repaired. For the three months that my truck was in the shop, Ford gave me a rental vehicle so that I could still get my son back and forth to the doctor. In that time frame my son lost his fight with his cancer. I was waiting for a diagnostic test on my truck one day and recognized Mr Norris. He remembered me and asked why I was there and took over as my service advisor immediately. He also asked about my son and I had to tell him that Aaron was gone. He was so caring and again compassionate. It is once again the reason that I bring my Scion to Mike Shad. Thank you. More
