I spoke to Clarence about a problem with my sync system and he made sure that I was directed to the right person, had an appointment with service and followed up with me when I picked the Escape up. Dan took the truck in and let me know that if it took more than 1 day that he would work with Bill because he would not be there the next day. The second day Bill called me to let me know what was being done to fix the problem and called me when it was ready.
