They keep you car for almost 40 (36 days to be precise) days in the name of getting a replacement part. I had to pay for the insurance for the rental car. It was almost $800. Ford Does not respond to emails about such delays. The service department wrote some miles on the paper work when I went to pickup the vehicle while the car hasn't reached those miles yet. For example the miles on the car when i picked up my car approx 36,121 they enter miles while pickup something as 36,188. How can there be such huge discrepancy? They are no honest and something is going on within their service department. The warranty on the car allows a rental car. For the past 4 years the service department has been making me pay for the rental car whenever a warranty repair was needed. There is something fishy going on with the service department. They are not trustworthy. Stay away from Autonation Ford. More

Buy a $65k+ truck and they can't even guarentee a rental vehicle. Tried to make me pay $30 per day for a Ford Focus rental. Tried to charge me $6,000, yes, $6,000 to install a set of factory switches that cost $125. Make the customer feel like they are an inconvenience. State that you or anyone for that matter is not allowed to perform routine maintence, if you do it voids your warranty. Never will go back More

This is my regular Ford service center where I get all of the maintenance, etc., done for my 2004 Ford Explorer Limited. The employees of this dealership have gone out of their way to ensure that I am a sati the maintenance, etc., done for my 2004 Ford Explorer Limited. The employees of this dealership have gone out of their way to ensure that I am a satisfied customer. My Service Advisor, Dan Coburn, always takes good care of me, advising me of the options that I may have, and which, from a professional service point of view, would be the best option (this is not always the most expensive or biggest repair or maintenance option available to me at the time). When Dan is not available (vacation or other), I am still well looked after. Recently, I purchased 4 tires and I was advised that the Ford Warranty program would be a wise investment. It certainly turned out to be so when the very next day I ran over a screw driver in the street and needed repairs. Then, as it was the end of the day and the service department was closed, the Sales Department showed me where the key drop was located and gave me a ride home. The dealership also offers a service to take you home when you leave your vehicle for service and then pick you up for return to the dealer when your vehicle is ready. Many years ago, before Dan became my advisor, I did have a difficult time with another advisor. Mr. Jordan, the Service Manager, handled my complaint to my complete satisfaction, and I have been a very happy customer ever since. I would recommend this Service Department to anyone, and even if Dan cannot be everyone's Service Advisor, you will receive fair, reliable, courteous and professional service. More
Brought vehicle in for smoke coming out of engine compartment just before closing on a Saturday.
