worst dealer service center every time we took a car in they would do something stupid like leaving oil on my wheels/bumpers blowing a fuse in my car and trying to hide it changing all your radio ac seat c they would do something stupid like leaving oil on my wheels/bumpers blowing a fuse in my car and trying to hide it changing all your radio ac seat controls they never delivered a new purchase cleaned properly and after being a customer for over 20 years i was asked to find another dealer because i asked them to use fender covers and stop dragging hoses across my paint and when i contacted auto nation corporate they ignored me as well as the general manager so every one save your self the trouble go to bozard ford they treated us very good and cared about our vehicles and our business we need to show dealers like auto nation that they don't matter and stop giving them our business maybe then large companies such as these will understand we the consumer are the reason they have a job. More

This is my regular Ford service center where I get all of the maintenance, etc., done for my 2004 Ford Explorer Limited. The employees of this dealership have gone out of their way to ensure that I am a sati the maintenance, etc., done for my 2004 Ford Explorer Limited. My Service Advisor, Dan Coburn, always takes good care of me, advising me of the options that I may have, and which, from a professional service point of view, would be the best option (this is not always the most expensive or biggest repair or maintenance option available to me at the time). When Dan is not available (vacation or other), I am still well looked after. Recently, I purchased 4 tires and I was advised that the Ford Warranty program would be a wise investment. It certainly turned out to be so when the very next day I ran over a screw driver in the street and needed repairs. Then, as it was the end of the day and the service department was closed, the Sales Department showed me where the key drop was located and gave me a ride home. The dealership also offers a service to take you home when you leave your vehicle for service and then pick you up for return to the dealer when your vehicle is ready. Many years ago, before Dan became my advisor, I did have a difficult time with another advisor. Mr. Jordan, the Service Manager, handled my complaint to my complete satisfaction, and I have been a very happy customer ever since. I would recommend this Service Department to anyone, and even if Dan cannot be everyone's Service Advisor, you will receive fair, reliable, courteous and professional service. More
Brought vehicle in for smoke coming out of engine compartment just before closing on a Saturday. Great service in the service center but it is horrible in the body shop! The service at the desk is great but when it comes to the person handling the actual vehicle they are rude and will tell you whatever the body shop! I spoke to Clarence about a problem with my sync system and he made sure that I was directed to the right person, had an appointment with service and followed up with me when I picked the Escape up. Dan took the truck in and let me know that if it took more than 1 day that he would work with Bill because he would not be there the next day. The second day Bill called me to let me know what was being done to fix the problem and called me when it was ready. I have been dealing with Bill Norris for the past 6 years and he has always been helpful. I drive 45 minutes to Mike Shad just because I know that he will take care of my investment. I could go to a Ford D and he has always been helpful. I drive 45 minutes to Mike Shad just because I know that he will take care of my investment. I could go to a Ford Dealership 10 minutes from my house however the customer service that we get at Mike Shad is so worth the drive. It is so refreshing to have someone you can trust. More
