Specify car conditions and willing to get shutter Got on time, assistant did not know for sure reason for me to bring my car, I encourage rep to read my notes. Then I seat and two hours later I reminded rep I was waiting for the rite as requested but since I waited so long and rather will stay. A few mins later rep showed up telling me that my car wasn’t inspected yet so it will happens by noon. I hope Ford is great enough for me no to visit this dealer any longer. More

I knew the next truck I was going to purchase when it came time but I did not think it would be that day. My daught really wanted a Chevy, that could pull her horse trailer which I explained to Bryce, and he took me for a ride in the Ford F150 4x4 and actually talked me into buying it. He was trying to get everything I was looking for which he did except the Goosneck hitch required to pull the horse trailer. He asked colors, engine size & what else I was interested in. I sat there long enough that I was starving, which he even offered me his lunch which was very generous of him. but I had to decline because I don't eat chicken or cheese. He took everything out of my old truck and placed it in the new truck for me, even got me a box to empty my glove box. When I drove off the lot, the only thing it was missing was the running boards to get up in the truck. I told him it would be Saturday the 12th before I could get back in to have them installed due to my work schedule. He actually drove to my work on Tuesday and picked up my truck, took it in and had the running boards installed and brought it back to me. Now that is what I call Excellent Customer Service. He was so personable, treated me like family while I was there, I was very impressed. More
Service Department To make it simple.. The Service Department is HORRIBLE!! They don't want to fix anything awaiting your warranty to expire. When I first got vehicle, To make it simple.. Stay Away Do NOT use the AutoNation Ford Lincoln Orange Park collision shop on Blanding Blvd in Jacksonville, Florida. They do subpar work there & their attemp Do NOT use the AutoNation Ford Lincoln Orange Park collision shop on Blanding Blvd in Jacksonville, Florida. They do subpar work there & their attempt to resolve the problem failed. That is, the sanding compound they used to try to buff out the numerous fresh scratches they put all over my car, only served to diminshed said scratches. They promised me that said process would completely remove said scratches, which they made while painting both of my car bumpers. They also left raised paint along the edge of the back bumper where it meets the trunk. The raised paint looks like it will eventually flake off, leaving a rough unpainted edge on my bumper. Additionally, they left several dirty oily footprints inside of my car trunk where they had no reason to be. I have yet to be given an explanation as to why they were standing inside of my car trunk. While inside my car trunk they knocked the trunk light out of its socket. While getting out of my car trunk, they left serveral dirty oily fingerprints on the painted surface of my trunk. They also left such a fingerprint inside the frame of the driver's door. I WAS TOLD BY COLLISION SHOP WORKER, NIKITA SALGADO, MY CAR WAS READY FOR ME TO PICK UP, THAT SHE HAD INSPECTED IT & THAT IT LOOKED REALLY GOOD. WELL WHEN I INSPECTED IT, I IMMEDIATELY RECOGNIZED & POINTED OUT THAT THE RUBBER STRIP ON MY BACK BUMPER HAD NOT BEEN REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE. AT LEAST, NIKITA FOUND THEY HAD RECEIVED THE NEW ONE & HAD IT PUT ON. I THEN POINTED OUT HOW IT WAS NOT PUT ON PROPERLY. SHE AGREED, BUT TOLD ME I HAD TO COME BACK ANOTHER DAY TO HAVE IT FIXED, AS BY NOW IT WAS THEIR CLOSING TIME. IT'S A REALLY GOOD THING THAT I INSPECT MY CAR ON FREQUENT INTERVALS, AND THEREFORE KNOW ITS CONDITION INSIDE & OUT VERY WELL. FOR IF NOT, I'D STILL BE RIDING AROUND WITH THE SAME OLD RUBBER STRIP ON MY BACK BUMPER THAT AUTONATION HAD ALREADY BEEN FULLY PAID TO REPLACE WITH A NEW ONE. I had the collision shop at another dealership inspect the Autonation Collision Shop's subpar work. I was told if Autonation had done a better job with the sanding compound process it would have completely removed the fresh scratches they put all over my car. I was also told that it is possible that the raised paint will eventually flake off & leave a rough unpainted edge along my back bumper. When I sought assistance from the General Manager, Gene Robbins, the only thing he did was refer me back to the Collision Shop's Manager, Michael Cochran. Although this would simply be going back to the source of the problem. I gave it a try. In return, all I got from Mike was a polite irritated tone of voice, and the chance to correct his misinterpretation of what I'd said. FYI - My car, my baby is a 2012 Ford Mustang. More

I have been there many times with other managers and no problems but this women had no idea what she was doing. That is not something that you want to here when you bought your last five vehicles from Mike shad. I complained to the dealership but they never did anything. But maybe they did, lol. More
Awful, I had a great buying experience but awful service. Bought a 2015 Ford Focus Titanuim with the famous DCT lemon transmission. The car was great at first until it started bucking. Taken to the dealer 6 times and told it was normal. Then, the car broke down in traffic. When in drive the car wouldn't rev or move, had it towed to the dealer. They wouldnt give me a ride because their shuttle guy went home. I couldn't use a car off the lot unless I would buy it even though I paid 30k for a car in the shop more then my garage. I had no ride home, called a friend for pickup. A week later I got the car back and told "it's fine, nothing wrong with it" I took it to another Ford dealer and they fixed it right away, my clutches wore out at 10k miles. Eventually Ford Corporate got involved. All of this happened in 6 months of ownership, I will not ever visit this dealer again. More
