This review is really about the ability to make a service appointment. Very disappointed with the ability and process to get a service appointment. Service appointments now go thru a call center, where in appointment. Very disappointed with the ability and process to get a service appointment. Service appointments now go thru a call center, where in the past you could actually call and talk with your assigned advisor. Wait times are unacceptable and there is no 'personal service'. Last week we called with an issue with our 2020 Explorer Platinum. When we called the hold time seemed like forever. Once answered we were told the next available appointment would be August 31st. We explained that this was totally unacceptable and finally secured an appointment for August 16th at 8:30am. the Sunday prior we received an Email notification that the appointment was the 17th at 10am. Called back again to find out and they insisted it was made for that Tuesday the 17th, we were then told that service opened at noon and someone would call us back. That never happened (apparently service does not work on Sunday), so we kept the Tuesday appointment. We arrived at the dealership at 9:55am and parked in the lane which was something like 10 cars deep. It took a full 15 minutes to have someone come out and write up our order. To be fair, the actual service was great; once you get in. Sean was wonderful getting things done, keeping us informed of the progress and getting us out in just about two hours. This appointment process just needs to be fixed. It also does not help that it seems every time we go in for service we have a new advisor. This is our 7th new vehicle from this dealership since 2013. It was never this way in the past. More
Every time we come here the service we ask for is completed, however, the customer service can be lacking and the estimated time on how long repairs will take is ALWAYS wrong. We came in for a brake repair that was noted 2-3 weeks ago at an oil change appointment. The service advisor wasted our time and had the technician reinspect the car to make sure it needed brakes, which took 2 hours. The he told us the work would take 4-6 hours. The car wasn’t ready until the next day, or at least that’s when I received the call. Also, our service advisor was changed without us being informed. More
Made an appointment, twice...why??? Took 2 hours to get in the first appointment and just for an oil change. ...And they rotated my tires for some reason and now I have vibrations while driving. Made a fol in the first appointment and just for an oil change. ...And they rotated my tires for some reason and now I have vibrations while driving. Made a follow up appointment to resolve the vibration issue and they said at least a 2 hour wait when I arrived for my 2nd appointment. Now I have another appointment to drop off my truck for the vibration that they created. The service at this Dealership is out of control and embarrassing for Ford. I'd give it 0 stars. More

I've had my 2020 Explorer ST in the dealer several times for the same issues, and they tell me they are fixed but so far they haven't been. I was greeted within moments of arrival. My service rep was thorough in his questions about what I wanted. Quickly responded to me as to what needed to be done and when my car would be available. Left our F150 on Sat, 7/24/21, for 100,00 mile check up. Got run around from Lee and Jason with excuses. This service dept is a joke. Our truck wasn’t ready until We’d, 7/28/21.
